Marnice is an experienced Realtor® serving Middle TN and surrounding areas. An Auburn graduate and a longtime resident of Middle TN, Marnice is a wife and mother of three currently residing in Franklin. She is an avid baker and a huge football fan who loves her Auburn Tigers and Tennessee Titans. She is the former owner of Sweet Dreams Cookie Company in Franklin, TN.

Marnice started investing in real estate at the age of 22 and has been a licensed real estate agent since 2014. Specializing in both new construction and re-sale, she believes in solutions that are catered to each individual.
